如題，這篇就是要來介紹我在ALBA吃了什麼好吃的啦！(灑花)
這篇會介紹到幾道傳統的羅馬尼亞美食喔~
Like the topic, the post will introduce what I ate in Alba🎉
And I will intro 4 dishes in the post~
第一個要介紹的，就是Tochitură (於Go-in Restaurant)，
The first is Tochitură in Go-in Restaurant,
它是用豬肉加上香腸佐茄汁，再搭配用玉米做的Polenta (黃色玉米糊)，
並在Polenta上灑上奶油，再放上一顆水波蛋
It’s pork & sausage with tomato sauce, “Polenta” made by corn, an egg, and cream on it
我必須說豬肉跟香腸真的是很好吃！
兩個都蠻有嚼勁，我很愛❤️
玉米糊一開始吃感覺整個超新奇，雖然不會不難吃，
但就是比較不習慣一點，跟白飯比也比較索然無味🤔
I really like the tastes for pork and sausage! ❤️
Polenta was never used to eat, but when I ate I felt really surprised for its tastes!
Though I love the rice in Taiwan more then it hahahaha
不過那個奶油真的是敗筆啦煩躁😩 (對我真的沒有很喜歡奶油)
一開始奶油配玉米糊一起吃真的有增加玉米糊的層次，
畢竟單吃玉米糊真的偏單調，
但我真的覺得它灑太多奶油！！吃到後面整個超級膩！😖
我最後真的都把奶油撥開，吃玉米糊配茄汁(笑)
But the cream…😩 (yep I don’t like cream that much lol)
At the beginning I felt the polenta with cream is nice because it can enrich polenta’s taste
But I felt it add too much cream on it!!!!! After I ate 1/3 of it I really felt fed up with cream 😖
Don’t know whether Zinca noticed that at the end I give up the polenta with cream but tried to ate with tomato sauce hahahaha
而且連水波蛋上面都被滿滿的奶油佔領，
我當下內心崩潰數萬回欸！！😭
(雖然是不會比沒有肉燥跟黑白切的嘴邊肉崩潰😭)
於是也只好一樣把奶油全部撥開才吃蛋(笑死)
可是他的蛋真的熟度掌控得很優很可以😍
The egg also nice for its maturity😍
第二道要介紹的，則是牛胃湯，
The second is beef stomach soup
這道湯是跟學生去餐廳吃飯的時候他們推薦給我的，
點餐的時候我只看了價錢，問說這是不是羅馬尼亞傳統的食物，
他們說對我就點了😂
結果上桌才知道裡面是牛胃😂
The soup was introduced by my project’s participants!
And it’s Romanian traditional food I think😂
可是是蠻好喝的啦！不會可怕真的~~
牛胃偏脆口，很有嚼勁，也沒有太多牛的騷味，我覺得真的好吃👍
湯本身稍微有一點點酸，
最上面薄薄一層牛油，喝下去非常暖胃，也很順口😋
It’s nice!! 👍
Some may feel horrible for beef stomach,
But the taste was great and no special tastes like gamy in sheep
The soup is a little bit sour but very warm 😋
第三道則是羅馬尼亞的鬆餅，
老實說我那天本來是想吃吃看papanasi的，可是鬆餅比較便宜就改點鬆餅😂
The third is the pancake
Actually I wanna try papanasi that day but the pancake is cheaper😂
是的，一上桌它就把我震驚了，
又是奶油！滿滿的奶油！😶
而且這個奶油直接多到我看不到鬆餅在哪裡！😥
然後問了一下學生，他們跟我說這種奶油叫做「甜奶油」，紅色的則是有淋上草莓醬，
我聽到就心裡想說，這甜點一定甜到爆炸！
果不其然，真的甜到嚇死寶寶…😨
Yes of course it surprised me for the cream! 😶
Full of cream lol
Also the cream was too full that made me couldn’t find where the pancake was 😥
And they said this is sweet cream different from the normal white cream
It was too sweet lol 😨
然後它的鬆餅是做成捲狀的，而不是我們在台灣比較常吃的餅狀
重點是鬆餅一切開就看到，
連鬆餅裡面夾的都是滿滿的奶油！😫
雖然是一般的白色奶油，但還是甜死我啊！(欲哭無淚)
裡面還有一些葡萄乾之類的，不過還是滿滿奶油口感啦ㄏㄏ
Also inside of the pancake was full of normal white cream 😫
But some dried fruit(?) in it made it has another kind of taste!
於是這趟旅程根本就是來確定我本人此生最畏懼的兩個食物，
一個叫奶油，一個是白起司==
這兩個我覺得我再老都無法接受欸 傻眼
Okay fine I think this tour that confirm two foods I don’t like
One is cream, another is white cheese
第四個要介紹的則是甜點，Caramello，
在義大利文是「焦糖」的意思 (對我剛剛才查的ㄏㄏ)
The fourth is caramello,
這是一道甜點，幾乎可以算是這趟旅程裡最喜歡也最驚豔的一道了，
從一開始挖第一口，
除了巧克力跟蛋糕體，居然就淺嚐到了香草冰淇淋😋
It’s a dessert, maybe the most favorable to me this time,
The most surprised is the ice cream in it😋
而且不知道是不是我真的被奶油毒害的太深，
吃到冰淇淋的當下，我還懷疑了
一直想說這到底是奶油還是冰淇淋😂
好險再挖第二口，真的是冰淇淋啊啊啊！😍
At the first when I taste the ice cream,
I was curious for cream or ice cream 😂
But thanks God it’s ice cream 😍
而且裡面真的就跟它甜點的名字一樣，
也是滿滿的焦糖，
一次把巧克力、冰淇淋、焦糖、蛋糕吃進口中，
四味一體互不爭第一的感覺真的超級優秀，瞬間覺得很幸福欸哈哈哈！❤️
好像秒懂女性喜歡吃甜點是什麼概念哈哈哈😏
從冰淇淋到焦糖，都很真實的填滿整個甜點，
直接CP值破表！💕
This is full of caramel, ice cream,
No matter it’s caramello❤️
When you eat the chocolate, ice cream, caramel, and the cake at the same time,
It’s really really nice becuz all of them just like golden ratio have a great mix😏
It’s wonderful! 💕
