(續前篇)
再來進入到我的重點part，食物，
開玩笑，台灣美食多成山一樣怎麼能不好好介紹一番咧！
And after that was the most important part in my present, FOOD CULTURE!!!!
Of course wouldn’t miss the part cuz our foods in TW are very tasty!!!!!!!
先講了我們用筷子的文化後，
於是就從主食飯麵，說到粽子滷肉飯，
從小籠包炸雞排，到臭豆腐豬血糕，
然後蚵仔麵線跟大腸包小腸，接著潤餅搭配上清明節祭祖的文化，
再到湯品有香菇雞湯跟豬血湯，
(我還是去網路上查才知道，原來豬血湯是台灣人票選的國民湯品)
最後當然不能少的就是珍珠奶茶，
我也多介紹了檸檬愛玉跟綠豆沙牛奶(笑)
Starting from intro the chopsticks,
I talked the rice and noodles what we eat almost every meal in TW,
And the “zongzi” which is the must when the Dragon-Boat Festival
Then the “xiao long bao” which is really delicious that CNN ever reported it,
“chicken fillet” that the chicken can as large as a person’s face but still very juicy!
Some kinds of food that foreigners may feel scared when taste them,
Just like “stinky tofu” and “pig blood cake”.
my love “oyster vermicelli” which is very great and warm when eating
and the food “Taiwanese sausage with sticky rice” that I said it is like Taiwanese subway hhhhhhh
The “popiah” which we often eat in Tomb Sweeping Day which is a day that to visit the gravesite of the ancestors to show the respect.
Also we Taiwanese like to have soups in meals very much,
e.g. “mushroom with chicken soup” is my favorite soup,
and the “pig blood soup” is the most favorable in Taiwanese
OH I wouldn’t forget to notice the drinks as well,
Just like the “bubble milk tea” is the most famous in global!
And the “mung bean milk” is popular in some cities/counties in TW,
The “lemon ice jelly” is very health and tasty for drink, also very very popular!!!
這一整段介紹食物大概佔了我總報告時長的超過一半吧，
印象很深的事有兩個，
There were two stories that happened at that time,
一個是在驗收時發生的，
我提到炸雞排的時候，
夥伴們突然問我，說「炸雞排跟KFC比是有比較好吃嗎？」
聽到這個問題，雖然知道他們只是想有個衡量雞排的標準(?)
但我心裡就泛起一股衝動，
很想大喊說，
雞排跟肯德基不一樣！！
重點是雞排比肯德基好吃太多了你懂嗎！！
這兩個不在一個檔次不能比啊啊啊啊！
(不他們真的不會懂)
但最後我還是抑制了衝動，
面帶微笑的說，嗯，雞排比KFC好吃非常多喔，
然後迅速帶過這個問題(笑)，
因為感覺他們沒吃過的話好像也沒辦法知道到底雞排吃起來的感覺哈哈哈
One was at the time when I practiced in dorm,
I talked about the chicken fillet,
Yıldıray asked me,
“if the chicken fillet is better than KFC?”
Though I knew that they just needed a standard to know how tasty chicken fillet is,
But my heart still had a sound that shouted “chicken fillet is not KFC!!!” to myself hhhh
The point that KFC and chicken fillet are not at the same level lol
It is so great than KFC hahahaha
另一個是我講課發生的事，
為了介紹豬血糕豬血湯跟臭豆腐，
真的讓我講了很多很饒口的話XDD
Another was in class,
Bcs the intro of pig blood cake, pig blood soup, and stinky tofu,
Really made me said some funny words
比如介紹豬血糕的時候，
我說了一句話叫做，”the pig blood cake is not made of the real pig blood but rice”
於是到豬血湯的時候，
“the pig blood soup is made of real pig blood not like pig blood cake is made of rice”
“but don’t worry that bcs from the research, the pig blood is good for our health in actual”
講完這兩段整個都被pig blood給洗腦，
整句話都是豬血來豬血去的，
講起來整場人聽了都笑倒，根本就超饒口的啊QQ
For example when I talked about the pig blood cake,
I said that “the pig blood cake is not made of the real pig blood but rice”
And also I talked about the pig blood soup,
“the pig blood soup is made of real pig blood not like pig blood cake is made of rice”
“but don’t worry that bcs from the research, the pig blood is actually good for our health in actual”
Actually just like what I said in class,
The pig blood has multiple nutrients in it, just like vitamin, and some trace elements,
And the pig blood is full of these that more than meat
But how’s the taste of pig blood?
Actually just like tofu!
臭豆腐也是個讓外國人蠻困惑的食物，
我的英文能力也沒好到能夠精準的解釋什麼發酵阿、菌種阿這些，
只能很大概的講解說臭豆腐是
”just like a normal tofu, but we use some special ways to made tofu bring something that good for our health,
but at the same time it made the tofu has a special smell not like normal ones”
他們聽完之後還是會來問我，「所以臭豆腐真的是臭的嗎？」
我也是跟他們說，
會帶有一個特別的氣味，有些不喜歡的人就會覺得那是臭味 (哈味理論？)
Stinky tofu is made them confused as well,
But my English ability actually not that great to use the professional words to explain,
I just could say that
the stinky tofu “just like a normal tofu,
but we use some special ways to made tofu bring something that good for our health,
but at the same time it made the tofu has a special smell not like normal ones”
After I explained, some of them still came to me and asked,
“whether the stinky tofu really stinky?”
I also told them that bcs it brings a special smell,
some of them just feel unlike, then the smell just made them feel it is stinky.
而令他們最訝異的事，
大概還是對於我們吃飯的事，
也不是說他們那裏不吃飯，
而是
一來他們吃的白飯不是我們的烹調方式，
二來他們吃飯的比例本身也就偏低，
最重要也最讓他們訝異的，
他們覺得華人到底怎麼可能可以每餐都吃飯！！
這是在他們的生活裡不會發生的事情
But the most amazing to them I think still that we eat rice in almost every meal,
It’s not means that they don’t eat rice,
But
First, the way they cook rice are not like us, and also don’t have that many ways to cook,
Second, they won’t eat rice that frequently like us,
So that they cannot image why us Chinese can eat rice that frequently and like to eat it hhhhhhh
The life with rice in every meal is not their life hahah
在課堂的空檔，
我跟學姊也讓他們玩了個小遊戲，
嘗試用筷子來夾糖果，
老實說有人還玩得蠻上手的，
我也發現其實他們真夾不起來的時候也蠻會坳的XDDD
The rest of the class,
Me and Heather let them to play a game that tried to use chopsticks to move candies,
To talk in actual some of them are really good at using it hhhh
下半堂輪到學姊的時間，
大家的迴響都很熱烈，
最後也很歡快地結束了這堂2小時的課程
After the game was the time for Heather to introduce her hometown, China
And after her time we ended the 2-hour class that day.
