人家都說一個人去旅行很危險，
是……真的假的？！
Often sounds that it’s too dangerous to go travel alone,
But……is it true?!
在羅馬尼亞做國際志工的期間，
我有過包括群體出遊跟單獨出遊的經驗，
就如過往的文章所寫的，
在CLUJ, Sibiu, Brasov & Rasnov都算是有伴的狀態，
而在Bucharest, Baia Mare, Timisoara, Constanta都廣義上算是單獨出遊的情況，
In the period of being a global volunteer in Romania,
I had experienced the group tours and traveled alone both
先講我總結的心得好了，
個人覺得，
除非是自己因為要去偏危險的地方想增加安全感，或是對方完全是自己靈魂伴侶那類型，
否則真的不必強求說一定要跟著群體出去玩！
First to talk my conclusion,
In my experience,
Unless you need more satisfy for traveling to swh dangerous or the partner is absolutely your soulmate,
I think there’s no needs to travel with group for whole period
當然這也並不完全等同於你只能一個人孤獨踏上旅程，
其實還是有蠻多方式的，
就像你有自己想要的旅行規劃，是別人不一定要的，
那可以選擇中途短暫脫隊啊，只要跟朋友彼此互相保持聯繫確認安全，
我覺得並無不妥，
Of course it’s not meaning that you need to just travel alone without any partner,
For instance,
You have some travel spots that really want to go, but your partner doesn’t,
Maybe you two can separate a while to go the point by yourself,
And your partner may have a rest or go another place that only he/she wants to
You just need to keep in touch to check both are safe, that’s enough!
因為反過來說，
要你配合大隊而放棄自己想走的行程，或許你自己會有所遺憾，
要讓大隊配合你一個人，一定也會有人覺得不開心，
那何必把好好的氣氛搞差？
On the other hand,
If you are asked to follow others but not to go the places that only yourself prefer to,
Maybe you’ll feel upset?!
If you asked others to follow your schedule only, there’s must someone will feel upset as well
So that why we need to make someone to feel disappointed everytime?
那如果真的決定一個人踏上旅程，
有任何好壞處嗎？
So… whether there’s any pros and cons for traveling alone?
我必須說，主動上的好處基本上多過壞處，
但在被動層次上也有很多隱藏的危險
I must to say that the benefit seems more than the disadvantage in basic,
But I think still some dangers hide behind
舉例來說，
以我去羅馬尼亞為例，
我在旅途中遇到最大的主動性困難，
大概就是我一個人扛著一個25公斤的行李箱，
身上再揹了一個可能將近要3到5公斤的大背包，
然後從Hostel的一樓走樓梯上四樓，
除此之外真的都不算是個事
As the journey to Romania for example,
The biggest difficulty I met may be that I need to carry the 25kg luggage and bagged a 3-5kg’s bag
From the 1st floor walked to the 4th floor
Others just like piece of a cake lol
但在整個旅程中，我覺得最大好處是在個人心理強度跟心靈成長啦，
我自己跟自己相處，
49天看完了三四本我一直想看卻沒時間看的書，
學著一個人解決所有問題、處理大小事，
(當然有時候是學著創造問題，但也只能自己解決問題，畢竟不能解決製造問題的自己XD)
學著怎麼處理自己的情緒，花時間了解自己，也跟過去的自己和解
交了不少新朋友，
也有很多時間做了很多我一直很想多做的事跟想做卻沒做的事，
比如煮菜，很久沒煮的我在那幾週真的一次煮個過癮，
還有好多好多，幾乎讓自己徹底成長了一大段，
The biggest benefit I think is that strengthen the psychological quality and growth of mind
I stay with myself only,
Reading 3-4 books I would like to read but no time,
Try to solve every problem I met,
(Of course sometimes create some problems to myself lol)
Learn how to make emotional stability, to know what’s my real personalities, to reconcile with myself
I met lots of new friends,
Having lots of time to do those things I would like to but never
Eg cooking, which I haven’t do maybe several years
所以在主動層面裡，我覺得對自己個人的好處多過壞處，
甚至一趟單獨旅行可以說是對自己的一次打磨也不為過
Therefore I think the benefits are more than the disadvantages for traveling alone
Moreover I would said this is a training to myself
但像前面說的，被動層面上相對是壞處多過好處，甚至很多是隱性危機，
最顯而易見的，當你狗急跳牆非要找人幫忙，
一個是你不知道找誰求助，一個是你信不信任被你求助的對方，
甚至最難的，要是他真的是有二心，你下一步怎麼走，
或是你要怎麼去自我修復被人傷害的心理狀態，
要是你變得自我封閉，那或許都會變壞事一件
Although there are more benefits on the surface,
Still disadvantages underground,
The easiest to wonder, when really need to find someone to help you,
Who you can ask for help? Who can you trust?
If he/she broke your trust, what’s ur next step?
How can yourself go out from the broken heart?
If you can’t go out, and become close-minded, that of course a bad thing.
另一個當然是像我差點碰到小偷或我手機充電線不見的事，
我只能說真的碰上了如果有什麼後果，
有時候你能做的可能真的就是嘆口氣叫自己放輕鬆再去想方設法補救，
糾結在原地完全是無濟於事，
所以我還算是幸運的，
至少小偷沒偷成，充電線也有買到新的，
但我必須說這兩件事對當下的我是震撼的，有點類似震撼教育
Another just like I said I met a thief,
I could only say that thanks god I wasn’t be really stole for anything,
If you meet the kind of things, what will you do?
My notice is that “not to do nothing”
Just take it easy and try to do sth to make the loss less more
不過這就對應到在群體出遊裡，
你的危機感跟責任其實能在心理上分散給每個人，壓力會小點，
也因為團體，帶來一定的安全感，
只是當然不等同於你完全可以拋開個人的危機意識，
一旦你完全拋開危機意識，以為可以靠朋友幫忙關注危機的當下，
可能就是最危險的瞬間
When you are in group,
The awareness of crisis maybe shares to everyone
And your pressure can less some, but not zero!
If you totally release your awareness,
that may bring a large negative impact to your team,
這部分真的很吃個人心態，一旦有友人心態偏離就很可能整體受害，
最後受影響的人再產生負面心理就可能會變彼此溝通不良，導致友情破裂
If someone cannot come out from the impact,
You may become hard to communicate, the worse is to break the friendships
說了這麼多不一定在恐嚇大家，
只是希望用一點經驗去提醒每個人，
其實出去旅行，最重要的還是心態問題，
What I’m talking that not trying to make you feel fear of traveling,
Just try to notice sth to everyone,
Actually the problem still the mind of yourself for traveling
一個人旅行，你可能會變得獨立自主，獲得心靈成長，
但問題或危機出現，如果讓自己崩潰了，可能也要耗費心力去修復狀態，
TO travel alone, you may become independent, and your mind can be strengthened
But if you meet a trouble, then crumbled,
Maybe you need more energy to face your problem
團體旅行，你個人相對的心理壓力跟責任會形成分散，
遇到問題會有智囊團幫你，每個人只要各司其職，剩下時間就是放心享受，
也會獲得跟朋友相處，增進友誼的時刻，
但缺點就是如果一個人心態鬆散，可能結果會是全體陪葬，
反倒要增進友誼的變成友誼破裂，老死不相往來
The group travel, your personal pressure can be shared to members,
You have friends to help you when face problems,
You may have more time to enjoy the happiness of the trip
But the disadvantage is that you never know what will others do when really face a big problem,
If there’s a member collapse, maybe all of your group members will be crumbled at the same time,
The end maybe you become strangers in the lifetime
That will be the worst.
於是就像一開始講的，
旅行有時候就是想要放鬆、追求享受，
所以讓自己開心很重要，
不只是要慎選旅伴，也要記得不要過度遷就，
有的時候真的一點短暫分別也無傷大雅，
只要每個人都在過程獲得歡笑，心態正確，
講真的是不會出太大紕漏的，剩下就是放寬心的玩吧
Just like the beginning I write,
Traveling most is to relax and enjoy,
The most important is to make yourself happy,
Not only to choose a good partner, but remember not to only be a follower,
Sometimes a short separation will bring a positive benefit to each member
Only to take it easy when meet everything no matter what it is,
Just laugh and be happy.
